Digital Recovery Agents specializes in locating and recovering unclaimed government surplus funds on behalf of clients. Our team conducts comprehensive research across national and state databases to identify assets that may belong to you or your business. We handle all aspects of the recovery process, from initial identification through final disbursement.

Fee Structure

We operate exclusively on a contingency fee basis. Our fees are based on a percentage of the total funds successfully recovered, typically ranging from 10% to 15% depending on your state of residence and the complexity of the claim. These fees are only charged upon successful recovery and receipt of funds. The exact percentage will be specified in your contingency agreement before any work begins.

No Upfront Costs

You will never be required to pay any fees, costs, or expenses upfront or during the recovery process. All costs associated with research, filing, and communication with state agencies are absorbed by Digital Recovery Agents. You only pay when we successfully recover your funds, and then only the agreed-upon contingency fee is deducted from your recovery.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcome, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal or business information
• Cooperate fully with our requests for documentation and verification
• Sign all necessary agreements and power of attorney documents
• Maintain communication with Digital Recovery Agents throughout the process
• Report any changes to contact information promptly

Our Responsibilities

Digital Recovery Agents commits to:

• Conduct thorough research across applicable state and national databases
• File all necessary claims on your behalf with appropriate state agencies
• Maintain professional communication with government agencies throughout the recovery process
• Provide regular status updates on the progress of your claim
• Handle all documentation and correspondence related to your recovery

State-Specific Terms

Our service scope, fee structures, and claim processes vary by state. We currently serve New York, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. Each state has unique regulations regarding unclaimed funds recovery and our involvement. Limitation of Liability

While Digital Recovery Agents will conduct thorough research and file professional claims on your behalf, we cannot guarantee that any claim will be approved or that funds will be successfully recovered. The final decision on all claims rests entirely with the relevant state agency or government authority. Digital Recovery Agents is not liable for any claim denial, delay, or rejection by governmental entities. If a claim is denied, no fees will be charged.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contingency agreement at any time with written notice. If funds are recovered after termination due to work previously completed by Digital Recovery Agents, the agreed-upon contingency fee may still apply to that recovery. Termination does not relieve the client of their obligation to pay fees on claims that were successfully pursued through our efforts prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms and any contingency agreement with Digital Recovery Agents shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
